Definition of our Terms of Sale

CaterSafe Detergents Ltd. welcomes both businesses and consumers as customers. All agreements entered into with CaterSafe Detergents Ltd. are governed by the above Terms and Conditions and the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980, although sales to businesses are excluded from any warranty, condition or other term implied by statute or common law to the extent permitted by the law. Agreements entered into with CaterSafe Detergents Ltd. by consumers, as defined by the European Communities (Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts) Regulations 1995, are further governed by the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, the Electronic Commerce Act 2000 and the European Communities (Directive 2000/31/EC) Regulations 2003.

Further to the above, CaterSafe Detergents Ltd. aims to provide an excellent service to all of our customers. Should you have a problem with your goods or the service provided by us please do not hesitate to Contact us and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue quickly and to your full satisfaction.

Delivery & Equipment on Loan

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to the whole of Ireland. Our delivery service is to ground floor only. We may be able to arrange delivery to a different floor if required; this will incur an additional charge. Please Contact us for details.

2. Delivery charge 

Delivery is free for all orders in excess of €100 (excl. VAT). Orders with a value of less than €100 (excl. VAT) are subject to a small order charge. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery information provided is correct, that someone is available to accept the goods on delivery and that there are no physical restrictions that would prevent access by the delivery vehicle. If we cannot deliver due to incorrect information being supplied by the customer or if no-one is available to accept delivery, the goods will be returned to the depot. If this occurs then the customer will be charged for redelivery. Please Contact us for details.

3. Delivery times

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Our delivery times vary from product to product. Please Contact us for an accurate lead time. We strive to keep you updated should there be any delays to your delivery but we do not guarantee delivery on the day specified. We reserve the right to part deliver your order.

4. Equipment on Loan

All dispensing equipment supplied on loan remains the property of Catersafe Ltd at all times and may only be used to dispense product supplied by Catersafe Ltd.

5. Orders damaged or lost in transit

Whilst we strive to keep delivery damages and losses to a minimum there are occasions where products can be delivered damaged. Please help us by checking your goods on delivery and noting any visible damage or shortage on the delivery note and then Contact us to let us know. If this is not possible to do immediately then please let us know of any damage or shortage within 7 days of receipt of your delivery. In order to facilitate damage claims, we may ask you for a photograph of the damage that has occurred.

6. Delivery terms 

Our standard delivery terms are DAP: Delivered at Place. Should you choose to purchase using your own pre-arranged transport, FCA: Free Carrier terms apply; the customer then becomes responsible for arranging transport, insurance claims and all other transport issues. All delivery terms are in accordance with INCOTERMS 2010. Cargo is delivered in accordance with Orgalime S2000.

7. Force Majeure

AJ Products is not liable for any delay or failure resulting from an Act of God, war, riot, extreme weather conditions, strikes or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Pricing & Payment

1. Prices

All prices are in EUR. All of our prices are shown excluding VAT as default. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. In the event that a product is listed with an incorrect price or incorrect information due to typographical error or to incorrect information received from our suppliers, CaterSafe Detergents Ltd. has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.

2. Payment Methods

We welcome payment by credit card (except American Express) and debit card. We accept all major credit and debit cards (with the exception of American Express). Alternatively, if you are purchasing on behalf of a limited company you can opt for an invoice (subject to conditions, see # 3). Payment can also be made in advance by company cheque or BACS. 3. Credit Accounts

Limited companies can choose to open a credit account with us and pay by invoice. When applying for a credit account, we will ask you to fill in a credit application and then a credit check will be done to ensure that we can offer you credit. CaterSafe Detergents Ltd. has the right to refuse credit to any customer and to ask for payment in advance if necessary. After delivery you will receive an invoice from us with 30 days terms. We reserve the right to deliver goods Cash on Delivery. After the due date, we reserve the right to charge interest on arrears at 2 % above the current lending rate of Permanent TSB Bank at the time.

5. Title

CaterSafe Detergents Ltd. retains full title to the goods until payment in full has been received.

6. Payment Security

Your online payment is secured by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd using their online payment platform.  Services supplied by Stripe Payments Euro           pe Ltd are certified by VISA and MasterCard to provide secure payment transactions in accordance with PCI DSS. All communications between the online store and your bank is handled by Stripe and encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Payment is made on a secure payment page with an address that begins with https:// and with a padlock in the bottom right corner of your screen confirming that the data is secure. CaterSafe Detergents Ltd therefore does not have access at any time to your card information and cannot record or store your card details.

1. Product Specification & Dimensions

We have done our very best to make sure that all of the information pertaining to the products on this website is correct. However, some of the information stated on the website may be unclear so please do not hesitate to Contact us should you need confirmation of sizing or any other product information.

2. Typo Errors & Colour Variations

In the event that a product is listed with an incorrect price or incorrect information due to typographical error or to incorrect information received from our suppliers, CaterSafe Detergents Ltd. has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. Please note that for technical reasons slight colour variations may occur between the product and the image shown on the website.

3. Getting a Quote

We would be happy to provide you with an official quotation for any goods that you are looking to order. Please contact the Sales Team to receive a quote.

Returns, Cancellations & Changes

1. Returns Policy

The customer is entitled to return the goods within 14 days from delivery on the following conditions:

·         Returns will only be accepted if the customer has written consent from CaterSafe Detergents Ltd. before the goods are returned.

·         The goods must be returned in original packaging to ensure that they are returned without any damage and received in the same condition as when delivered. Please note that we will not cover transport damages on returned products caused by the customer’s transport company.

·         The goods must be returned in resellable condition. We will not cover any damages caused by a customer.

·         The customer does not have any right to return goods ordered over 100 in number or €500 in value unless a product sample has been ordered prior to placing the order for the full quantity.

·         This return right does not cover specially ordered items outside our standard product range (see individual product listings for more information).

·         CaterSafe Detergents Ltd. reserves the right to charge a restocking charge for products that are being returned due to misorder by the customer.

2. Refunds & Exchanges

A refund and/or credit will be given via the original payment method. We aim to process your refund and/or credit within 14 days after we have received and approved your return.

3. Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible so that we do not incur unnecessary costs. Please note that cancelling your order after dispatch may incur additional costs.
